About The Cameron

The Cameron is the newest edition to the Ottawa Tennis & Lawn Bowling Club that was established in 1881. The Cameron, a neighbourhood hangout with a cottage-chic vibe and a family-friendly menu. The tennis club has always pushed the motto of “your cottage in the city” so we ran with that theme, taking out the old-school banquet chairs and tables and replacing them with picnic tables and and long benches. Picture a big, friendly camp mess hall — but with better food!

The menu boasts a vintage vibe, with tennis club favourites (think classic salads, juicy burgers, and summery cocktails) creatively reimagined and made with local ingredients.

Weddings & Events

The Cameron is open to the public and the 230-seat space with its massive patio over looking the Rideau River and Brewer Park is a true hidden oasis in the city. Weddings & Special Events are a one of kind experience at the cottage in the city.
